As President of JH Law Group Valuations (formerly Hargrove Firm Valuations), Andrew W. Green, Attorney/CPA/CVA, leads a team of attorneys and CPAs providing business valuation, forensic accounting, and expert accounting testimony. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and as an attorney in Kentucky and Ohio. Andrew is a former trial lawyer with extensive experience in family law, criminal law, business litigation and formation, and estate planning matters. He possesses a strong tax law background and has testified extensively as an expert witness in business valuation and economic damages in both state and federal courts.

Prior to leading JH Law Group Valuations, Andrew owned and operated AWG Forensic Accounting and Andrew Green Law. From 2017 to 2020, he served as Director of the Litigation Consulting Group for Cassady Schiller & Associates, Inc., in Ohio, and previously developed and managed the Litigation Consulting Group at Dean Dorton Allen Ford, PLLC (formerly Cotton and Allen, P.S.C.) from 2007 to 2011. Andrew became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 2008, worked as an investigative accountant with Johnson Cambra & Libbert from 2004 to 2007, and practiced as an associate attorney with Frost Brown Todd from 1996 to 2000.

Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting with a minor in English (Cum Laude) in 1990 from Thomas More University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law (Cum Laude) in 1995. He also served as a law clerk from 1995 to 1996 to Honorable Henry R. Wilhoit, Jr., then a presiding United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
