Tyler has been in accounting for more that 12 years. Before joining JH Law Group, Tyler worked for a public accounting firm for 8 years and a few years in the private sector before that. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville in 2013 before starting his accounting roles. Outside of work Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and kids at various sporting events, watching his kids play sports, coaching and going on new adventures.

Madison earned her Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville in 2014 and started in her first legal role shortly thereafter. Before joining Hargrove Firm, now JH Law Group, Madison provided administrative and paralegal support in civil litigation for nine years.


Beyond the office, Madison plays recreational sand volleyball, writes short stories for audio media, and remains entertained by her two dogs and three cats.

Cailyn brings seven years of experience in probate, estate planning, trust administration, business entities, real property, and civil litigation. Known for her dependability, organization, and supportive approach, she has built a strong foundation across multiple areas of the legal field.

She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Truckee Meadows Community College’s ABA-approved program and is a commissioned notary public and electronic notary in Nevada. As part of her continued professional growth, Cailyn plans to sit for the Certified Paralegal exam as her next milestone.

Outside the office, Cailyn enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors with her husband, discovering new places, and spending quality time with family.

Mercedes brings over 18 years of experience in the legal field, with a diverse background spanning multiple practice areas. For the past five years, Mercedes has specialized in estate planning, helping individuals and families prepare for the future with confidence and peace of mind.

Her legal career began after earning an associate degree in criminal justice, which provided a strong foundation for understanding the law. She gained valuable experience in civil litigation early in her career, developing a deep understanding of the legal system before transitioning to her current focus on estate planning.

Outside of work, Mercedes is a proud mother of three and an enthusiastic supporter of youth sports. She enjoys cheering on her children from the sidelines and fostering their growth through athletic activities.

Heidi Shelly began with The Hargrove Firm in 2014, now JH Law Group, bringing experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, and now in business operations. Her focus is on supporting the team and helping create a smooth, consistent experience for every client. Before joining the firm, Heidi worked in the banking and financial services industry, building a strong foundation in organization, structure, and client service. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree in paralegal science.

Outside of the firm, Heidi enjoys life on her farm with her fiancé, her three children, and a lively group of four dogs and three cats. She loves cooking, gardening, reading a good mystery novel, and spending time on the lake with her family and friends. These interests bring balance to her life and reflect the same warmth and steadiness she brings to her work.

With expertise in application development, automation workflows, and AI engineering, Mary drives innovation across the firm’s digital landscape. She also oversees marketing strategy and website development, blending technical precision with creative vision to enhance client engagement and brand presence.

Beyond her professional role, Mary is a passionate creator. She enjoys painting, quilting, and spending quality time with her husband and son helping run her family's farm.

Brooke Weaver is a Senior Paralegal with nearly a decade of experience supporting clients and attorneys across the legal field. With degrees in both Criminal Justice and Accounting, she blends analytical skill with practical insight in her work on advanced business, tax, and estate planning.

Brooke values building genuine connections and strives to make clients feel supported and understood throughout each step of the process. In addition to her client work, she supports the firm’s paralegals by providing guidance and assistance to help the team deliver exceptional service.

In her free time, she enjoys cultivating her creative skills through baking and crocheting or spending quality time with her husband and son.
