Brooke Weaver is the Director of Legal Operations and Training with a decade of experience supporting clients and attorneys across the legal field. With degrees in both Criminal Justice and Accounting, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work in advanced business, tax, and estate planning.

In her role, she oversees the development and continuous improvement of the firm's operational systems, including workflows, training, and process optimization. She is passionate about building thoughtful, scalable structure that enhances clarity, consistency, and the overall client and team experience.

At the core of her work is a commitment to people. Brooke values building genuine connections and strives to make clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood throughout each step of the process. She also plays a key role in mentoring and guiding paralegals and team members, helping foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Cailyn brings seven years of experience in probate, estate planning, trust administration, business entities, real property, and civil litigation. Known for her dependability, organization, and supportive approach, she has built a strong foundation across multiple areas of the legal field.

She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Truckee Meadows Community College’s ABA-approved program and is a commissioned notary public and electronic notary in Nevada. As part of her continued professional growth, Cailyn plans to sit for the Certified Paralegal exam as her next milestone.

Outside the office, Cailyn enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors with her husband, discovering new places, and spending quality time with family.

Danna Stinson is the Director of Client Readiness and Intake, ensuring every new matter begins with clarity, confidence, and a level of care that sets the firm apart. Her background in travel and tourism taught her how to meet people with patience, cultural awareness, and genuine service, while her years as a teacher and lecturer strengthened her ability to make complex information feel simple and supportive. Danna develops intake processes that efficiently align with all sister‑company platforms, helping the firm grow while ensuring every client feels understood from the very first conversation. Her calm, relationship‑centered approach turns first impressions into lasting trust in the firm’s capability and care.

Outside of work, Danna loves traveling, spending time with her grown children and grandkids, entertaining, hiking, and being in or around the water.

Gavin Vanna is the AI Video, Podcast & Script Developer at JH Law Group, where he helps bring complex business, tax, and estate planning concepts to life through engaging, AI‑driven video, podcast, and scripted content. With a background in film development and storytelling, Gavin specializes in translating sophisticated strategies into clear, compelling narratives that educate and connect.
A summa cum laude graduate of The University of Texas at Austin in Radio‑Television‑Film, Gavin blends traditional storytelling craft with forward‑thinking AI tools to create modern educational and thought‑leadership content. Hollie brings more than 25 years of experience as a CPA and senior financial leader across public accounting, private industry, and entrepreneurial ventures. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago and Denver, serving emerging and middle‑market clients, before founding and operating her own CPA practice for 15 years, providing tax, accounting, and strategic advisory services. She also co‑founded a technology and manufacturing company, serving as its CFO through significant growth and ultimately a successful sale.

Her background includes extensive experience as a fractional CFO focused on strengthening financial operations, enhancing reporting accuracy, improving cashflow management, tax planning and guiding organizations through start‑up, expansion, acquisition, and exit. She is recognized for her ability to partner closely with leadership teams, translate complex financial information into clear insights and actionable steps to support strategic decision‑making with discipline, clarity and rigor.

Having grown up in, owned, and transitioned family‑run businesses, she brings a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, long‑term planning, and the importance of trust and transparency in financial leadership.

You will find her in her free time spending time with her husband, 4 kids, and extended family. She enjoys hiking, running, pickleball, biking and all things active through the beautiful parks in Kentuckiana. She spends her downtime reading the Bible, tax manual, or listening to podcasts about tax and business strategy.

Madison earned her Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville in 2014 and started in her first legal role shortly thereafter. Before joining Hargrove Firm, now JH Law Group, Madison provided administrative and paralegal support in civil litigation for nine years.


Beyond the office, Madison plays recreational sand volleyball, writes short stories for audio media, and remains entertained by her two dogs and three cats.

Mary Wallace is Chief Platform Officer for the JH Platform, where she leads technology, AI, systems integration, and execution infrastructure across all operating entities. She oversees platform architecture, automation, and execution tracking, ensuring the firm’s systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with leadership strategy.

In addition to platform oversight, Mary is the head developer and principal architect of the firm’s internal technology platform and its AI driven marketing and education platform, both currently in active development. She designs and builds the systems that translate leadership vision, intellectual capital, and strategic initiatives into practical, scalable tools used across the enterprise.

Mary also serves as the internal execution owner for strategic initiatives, providing leadership with clear visibility, disciplined follow through, and operational continuity across the platform.

Beyond her professional role, Mary is a passionate creator. She enjoys painting, quilting, and spending time with her husband and son helping run her family’s farm.

Mercedes brings over 18 years of experience in the legal field, with a diverse background spanning multiple practice areas. For the past five years, Mercedes has specialized in estate planning, helping individuals and families prepare for the future with confidence and peace of mind.

Her legal career began after earning an associate degree in criminal justice, which provided a strong foundation for understanding the law. She gained valuable experience in civil litigation early in her career, developing a deep understanding of the legal system before transitioning to her current focus on estate planning.

Outside of work, Mercedes is a proud mother of three and an enthusiastic supporter of youth sports. She enjoys cheering on her children from the sidelines and fostering their growth through athletic activities.

Tyler has been in accounting for more that 12 years. Before joining JH Law Group, Tyler worked for a public accounting firm for 8 years and a few years in the private sector before that. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville in 2013 before starting his accounting roles. Outside of work Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and kids at various sporting events, watching his kids play sports, coaching and going on new adventures.
